Another month means another set of games that will be coming for PlayStation Plus subscribers and the list this time includes some fan-favorite titles.
Sony just announced the PlayStation Plus Essential Tier games for this month, which are Borderlands 3, NHL 24, and Among Us. All three of these will be available for both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 users.

A post on the PlayStation Blog reveals that all of the three games mentioned above will become available for current PlayStation Plus subscribers at no extra charge starting on July 2, 2024. Also, Genshin Impact players will get access to the PlayStation Plus Pack on July 16, 2024.
This would give them a variety of bonuses, including 160 Primogems, four Fragile Resin, 20 Hero's Wit, 30 Mustic Enhancement Ore, and 150,000 Mora. Among the list of games for July, Borderlands 3 is probably the biggest game.
It is the latest game in Gearbox's beloved looter shooter franchise where players can explore the world of Pandora either by themselves or with a group of friends. They will then take on a manner of exaggerated enemies and team up with just as many weird allies, according to IGN.
The second game in the list, NHL 24, is coming to PlayStation Plus subscribers just as the NFL season is wrapping up. The game is the latest in Electronic Arts' Sports' hockey franchise and will let fans keep the excitement going.

The last game in the lineup is the PlayStation version of the viral deception game Among Us where players will have to work together to determine who is not who they say they are. Many players loved the game when it first came out and it has garnered more fame since then.
With the July 2024 PlayStation Plus games lineup being announced, subscribers have a limited time to download the games that were included in June's lineup. These titles are SpongeBob Squarepants: The Cosmic Shake, AWE Fight Forever, and Streets of Rage 4, said the PlayStation Blog.
Benefits of the Subscription
The new games come as the PlayStation Plus subscription is divided into several tiers; Essential, Extra, and Premium. Each of these comes with its own specific perks and the last few months have been particularly good for those who have the Premium tier.
This is because of the inclusion of various titles from the Classics library, which consists of several PlayStation, PlayStation 2, and PlayStation Portable titles. These were emulated and given newer features such as Trophies as they were brought to modern consoles.
But regardless of which tier players are subscribed to for their PlayStation Plus, they will get access to online play on Sony systems for the majority of games. Fortunately, there are some games that do not require a premium account for this type of feature, such as Fortnite or XDefiant.
The PlayStation Plus subscription is similar to the Xbox Game Pass and features three monthly titles that players can add and keep while paying for premium. It also features hundreds of other titles that are on more of a rotating basis, according to ScreenRant.
