I Am Your Beast is a new upcoming stylish, fast-paced first-person shooter that features a retro soundtrack and a John Wick-style revenge story.
The game is developed by developer Strange Scaffold, which is responsible for other titles such as Sunshine Shuffle and Space Warlord Organ Trading Simulator. The studio's latest title is inspired by Team Fortress 2 and Deathloop which is being showcased in Steam's Next Fest with a demo.
Stylish, Fast-Paced First-Person Shooter

I Am Your Beast is an FPS game that combines the quasi-cartoon aesthetic of Team Fortress 2 with the level crafting look of Deathloop. This results in a fast, action-packed shooter that will keep players hooked on trying to get a higher score.
In the game, players will take control of secret agent Alphonse Harding, who lives alone in the woods while trying to put his past as a government killer behind him. The base story is surprisingly poetic, particularly for an action game and the dialogue is relatively witty, according to PCGamesN.
The tutorial level takes you through the forest as Harding marvels at a bird in flight but then witnesses it being shot down by agents. These people were sent to force him into returning for one last mission. However, Harding snaps and kills all of the agents, and that is when the action actually starts.
The main protagonist of I Am Your Beast has an air of similarity with John Wick as he is feared and respected by everyone in his world. This is also on top of him dispatching other people without mercy.

Every single level in the game is timed and players will gain extra seconds by killing enemies throughout the map. The more stylish and unique the kill, the more time that is added to the timer.
I Am Your Beast features 3D graphics is set in the Alaskan wilderness and has an emphasis on chaining together rapid takedowns. The studio also said that in its latest game, they will "infinitely combine different traversal mechanics, weapons, situations, and more," said PCGamer.
A John Wick-Style Revenge Story
During the PC Gaming Show, a trailer for I Am Your Beast was showcased that showed Harding stalking, shooting, knifing, and throwing guns at a series of isolated guards. Fans will be able to get their hands on the game later this year when it comes out on Steam, on Aug. 15, 2024.
On its official Steam page, the description reads that you can break your opponents so that you can use their equipment against them. I Am Your Beast urges you to duck into your tunnel network before enemy forces zero in on your location.
The game features lightning-fast "he's-in-the-walls" player fantasy and comes with superhuman tree climbing and head explosions. It also has a fully voiced story campaign with more than 20 levels that challenge players' skills.
On top of the main campaign, I Am Your Beast has side objectives that you can complete while still trying to get the fastest times in replayable micro-sandboxes. The weapons found in the game include pistols, sniper rifles, bear traps, and more, according to Steam.
