Game Features and Modes

Nightmare Kart offers a variety of content for players. There are 21 different racers, 13 unique karts, and 15 tracks to race on. The game also includes a split-screen multiplayer mode, allowing players to compete against friends locally.

One of the standout features of Nightmare Kart is its full campaign mode. This mode includes boss fights, adding an extra layer of challenge and excitement to the racing experience.

Availability and Background

Nightmare Kart is currently available for download on Itch.io, where players can name their own price. It is also expected to be released on Steam soon, once it passes the review process.

The game was developed by the creators of Bloodborne PSX, a demake of the original Bloodborne game. Nightmare Kart began as an April Fool's joke during the development of Bloodborne PSX. The game's name was changed to Nightmare Kart after the developers were contacted by Sony's lawyers, resulting in the removal of direct references to Bloodborne.

Nightmare Kart allows players to enjoy racing through gothic horror tracks, even if they are not familiar with Bloodborne.
