The newest film featuring everyone's favorite mutants is only a little more than a month away, and so we've been gifted with another exciting trailer for X-Men: Days of Future Past.
The trailer is the most exciting and revealing yet, so if you want to remain wholly surprised by the plot events and character appearances, look away! It doesn't truly spoil anything, but there are those out there who'd rather not know any elements before they see the movie for themselves.
In this third trailer for the superhero film, we get the best look yet at what obstacles our heroes will be facing, and what their plan will be to overcome them. Sentinel robots meant to hunt down mutants began taking aim at humans, too, and the leaders of the X-Men look to their past selves to stop the problem before it begins.
We're likely in for some mind-bending time travelling scenarios to go along with our superhero action fighting sequences, which should make the movie more dynamic and interesting (I hope).
The trailer is very exciting, so if you're at all interested I definitely suggest you watch. It's got the obligatory star-studded cast--Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Jennifer Lawrence, Tyrion Lannister (fine, Peter Dinklage), and James McAvoy to name a few--great action, and what sounds like an interesting plot.
The Days of Future Past is one of the more popular storylines in the X-Men comics, so we should be in for a good one when the movie hits theaters May 23.
