The MTZ-556 has slowly risen to the top of the best assault rifles in Call of Duty: Warzone because of its sheer firepower. In fact, some players prefer using this over the other assault rifles in the game, particularly in mid-range combat. However, its recoil just needs a bit more taming, which is why you will address that by using several attachments.
The first is the MTZ Drifter Heavy Long Barrel. This barrel attachment offers additional recoil and gun kick control to make the MTZ-556 a bit more stable. If you have the knack of just unleashing hell upon your opponents, then this is the barrel attachment to use.
For the Stock, use the MTZ Marauder. This is to further reduce the amount of recoil when firing the MTZ-556. Sure, your sprint and movement speeds are affected by this, but not so much that they become quite noticeable.
As you can already tell just by looking at the list, the best attachments for the MTZ-556 are those that can heavily reduce its recoil. Thus, the inclusion of the Bruen TR-24 Assault.
A gun's optics is highly subjective, but I recommend the Dragon's Eye simply because it puts enemies front and center when you are aiming down sights.
To ensure that you have enough bullets to take out the competition, you should equip the MTZ-556 with the 50 Round Drum. Of course, this comes at the cost of slightly reduced movement and ADS speed, as well as increased reload time. Despite its shortcomings, having 50 bullets at your disposal before needing to reload is very helpful in most situations.
