Update 13.1 for World of Warships will set sail tomorrow, February 7. This patch is released as a way to celebrate the Lunar New Year, with an event that gives some awesome rewards to those who are willing to spend their time to get them all.
Lunar New Year Event
The Lunar New Year is just several days away, but developer Wargaming Studios does not want players to wait that long to celebrate the occasion.
Once Update 13.1 goes live, players can participate in the Lunar New Year event, where they will have a chance to complete two progression lines to earn some unique rewards.
In the first progression line, players can get their hands on the Tier VI Rahmat along with some bonus packages for Tier VI ships. That's not all! This line also offers content that was made in collaboration with popular Twitch Streamer, TheRussianBadger.
Players who take the time to complete the first progression line are rewarded the "Clawstrophobic" Commemorative Flag, "TheRussianBadger" Commander (with voiceovers), and the "USS Lobsterminator" camouflage specifically for Tier VI New Mexico.
Those who do not mind spending Doubloons can unlock the second progression line as well. Players can acquire these goodies by completing all 20 levels:

Permanent Camos
Update 13.1 is also set to implement permanent camouflages to World of Warships. Unlike their expendable counterparts, permanent camos can be used on ships of any tier. Almost all of the current expendable camouflages will have permanent versions when the patch arrives tomorrow.
It is important to note that a single permanent camo can only be linked to one ship. Once that is done, players will have to purchase another copy if they want to use the same kind of camouflage for another ship.
The permanent camouflages can be purchased using Credits or Doubloons at the "Exterior" tab in-game.
