Cannot get enough of the OG Season in Fortnite? Well, there's some good news! It seems that Epic Games is going to re-introduce content from the OG Season back to the game sometime next year, as confirmed by the game's official X account (formerly known as Twitter).
OG Season Returns 2024
Recently, the Fortnite official X account tweeted that the OG Season has exceeded their expectations, so much so that the company is thinking of bringing everything back sometime next year. Although a specific date has not been announced, fans of the OG Season have something to look forward to in 2024!
This is not at all too surprising given that the OG Season was responsible for the game's massive success in November. When it was introduced, Fortnite had 44.7 million players having a fun time playing content from Chapter 1 Season 5 onwards.
Fans of the game seem to receive the tweet positively. User @FortnitePV2 said that the return of the OG Map next year will be a big win for the game. Another player also expressed their excitement about the events that will take place in Fortnite in 2024.

Chapter 5 Now Live
Although the OG Season won't be up until next year, players can do something to keep themselves busy in the meantime. Chapter 5 Season 1 has just been released and it brought a ton of new content that makes Fortnite exciting.
In this season, a secret team composed of elite members known as "The Society" is pulling the strings behind the scenes. The Society is headed by the most notorious boss out there, whom they call "Valeria." She is not the only one who players are going to face because they will also come across a seemingly buffed-up Peter Griffin from the highly successful "Family Guy" animated comedy series.
Players who want to stand a chance against The Society will have to team up with a group called "The Underground." The fights take place in several new locations, including the Rebel's Roost mansion in the northern forest, the Ritzy Riviera marina in the west, the Hazy Hillside at the alpine village, and the Grand Glacier Hotel.
Those who want to eliminate members of The Society will have to use the train system at the Reckless Railways. The trains here go to the various parts of the island, so it's best to come here whenever players want easy access to the locations mentioned above.
There are five bosses in The Society: Oscar, Nisha, Montague, Valeria, and Peter Griffin. Each one of them will drop a "Society Medallion," which is an item that regenerates the player's Shield over time. The amount of shield regenerated per tick depends on the number of medallions the player has in their possession.
However, it is worth pointing out that players who carry at least one medallion will be marked on the enemy's map. Furthermore, the enemy will be able to pinpoint the players' exact location the more medallions they have.
Now, fighting against The Society is serious business. Fortunately, new weapons and items have been added that players can utilize to defeat the enemy. One of the most notable is the Ballistic Shield, which lets players block enemy fire while also being able to fire back at them with a pistol in return!
