If your Stray walkthrough is just like a lot of other folks' out there, then you likely never, ever wanted to see the kitty get hurt. And everytime those darn Zurks got to the fuzzball, your heart sank a little while you frantically mashed the button. But this gamer certainly didn't have to deal with all that heartbreak.
As reported by GamesRadar, a YouTuber and known speedrunner Hayete Bahadori has managed to complete a no-hit walkthrough of Annapurna Interactive's puzzle platformer. Yes, you read that right: there's a full run of Stray with you never ever seeing the titular orange tabby get hurt once. And that's good.
Here is the full run-through if you want to watch all of it, which concludes in just under 2 hours:
Hayete Bahadori's playthrough was done on PC too. While that doesn't exactly scream impressive, note that Stray's developers explicitly stated that the game was designed for controllers and not mouse+keyboard. But the fact that this no-hit Stray walkthrough was done using these controls (in less than two hours, no less) is an amazing feat in itself.
As you can see in the video, the aforementioned speedrunner didn't just blast through the game as one might assume. There was a fair bit of strategy employed during the entire run, such as the numerous times when the cat had to outrun a ton of Zurks.
In the end, the no-hit Stray playthrough is just another addition to Hayete Bahadori's impressive collection of video game speedruns. He's most well-known for doing no-damage runs of games in their hardest difficulties. But most recently, he managed to complete a no-hit run of the entire Assassin's Creed franchise (all 12 main games, excluding the spinoffs). He then goes on to claim that this feat is a "world-first," and since there aren't any others immediately available, we're inclined to believe him.
Stray is out now globally for the PS4, PS5, and PC via Steam. Ever since it released, it has been one of the best-reviewed games of the year.

Can't Cat-ch Me
So somebody managed to complete a no-hit Stray walkthrough. It's an amazing accomplishment, and perhaps only a matter of time before somebody finally did it. But maybe this run-through of the puzzle platformer hides something far more impressive: that very elusive "Can't Cat-ch Me" trophy.
It is said that earning this trophy is so hard, it's driven so many Stray players to bang their heads against the wall. To get it, all you have to do is get through the first Zurk-infested run without ever getting caught, ever. According to Destructoid, the generally accepted strategy is to just zig-zag your way through the Zurk horde.
In the no-hit run above, Hayete Bahadori says that playing through the sequence with mouse and keyboard is better than using a controller. That's all because he's able to make far quicker turns with PC controls, allowing him to confuse the Zurks' AI and escape their grasp.
