Apex Legends must remove Horizon from the game, according to massively popular Twitch streamer NICKMERCS.

In a recent video, the streamer mentioned how much he doesn't like the hero's gravitational manipulation abilities. "I hate getting sucked on by Horizon, I can't stand it. Space Mama gotta go. She's got a ball that sucks people through anything," as reported by DotESports.
By this, he directly refers to Horizon's ultimate called Black Hole, which sucks enemies together and makes them seem like fish in a barrel. Here is the video where he made his claim:
Aside from calling BS on Horizon's ultimate, the Apex Legends streamer called her "the worst character in a video game," while also calling the Legend "horrible, inconsistent, and weird." Though he did get challenged by his friend, who says Valkyrie should be the one removed from the game first.
Respawn Entertainment introduced Horizon back in late 2020. Here is the trailer showcasing her abilities, which shows basically disruptive she can be when used in an effective way:
Either way, Horizon is perhaps one of the most polarizing characters in Apex Legends because of her abilities. But perhaps NICKMERCS is just frustrated because enemies are making great use of Horizon's abilities in the games that he's played in. This could also be the very reason why the character is one of the most picked in the game.
According to Dexerto, Horizon has a 6% pick rate. This doesn't sound like much, but it is actually good enough for 6th place in Apex Legends' most popular heroes tier.

Should Horizon Be Nerfed In Apex Legends?
The decision of whether or not a character in Apex Legends is broken depends entirely on players. But in the case of Horizon, so many people have actually been clamoring for her abilities to get nerfed, because of just how potent they can be.
Several months after her release, the dev team at Respawn Entertainment played around with the idea of a nerf because of just how effective Horizon is at helping people win games. She is actually one of the top characters in the game in terms of win rate, according to a report by GameRant. No wonder why she's currently the 6th most popular pick in Apex Legends.
But even if her current abilities already seem OP to some (more so her Gravity Lift skill), it might have been even more powerful if not for a major change.

According to NME, one of the original ideas for Horizon is to have one of her abilities, Gravity Lift, attachable to any surface in the game. Lead software engineer Chris Winder said that the team had tried it before, saying it was "crazy, unpredictable, and not fun" considering how varied the game's terrain and maps are.
Gravity Lift allows Horizon to propel other Legends upward and gain the advantageous high ground. Imagine if you could attach that to anything in the game, and you'll have a problem on your hands - far more than her Black Hole ultimate.
