Two weeks ago, Valve Corporation's "Dota 2" has released its newest game patch, which is patch 7.31. Most fixes included were just solutions to things that players found unfair, Including the Techies rework and Primal Beast buff.
Little did everyone now, the adjustments made to Bracers, Wraith Bands, and Null Talismans will induce a great effect in-game. The three item's stats have now doubled after the 2-minute mark.
According to One Esports, they are the items often used as starters or early-game fillers due to fact that they cost less than the pre-build of expensive items.
Revamp
Before getting into the real updates brought about by the patch, you will need to know first how each item performed before the changes that were made. The following according to the Dota 2 Wiki:
Bracers
Bracers are pretty much accessories. The unique feature of this item is that it can be toggled as to what statistic a player likes to buff at the exact moment. When clicked, its color will be either red, green, or blue.
Red-colored bracers mean that they are for strength-type heroes. By strength, this variant of bracers will buff your strength hero's attack damage from 3/6 up to 8/16.
Green, moreover, are bracers for agility heroes. The additional stats are just for the agility perks, nothing more or less. The same is true with the blue bracers.
The bonus stats brought about by your purchasing of Bracers are as follows:
+5/10 Strength
+2/4 Agility
+2/4 Intelligence
+1/2 Health Regeneration
+3/6 Attack Damage
Wraith Bands
Just like Bracers, a wraith band's essence is flexible according to the type of hero who built this. This item can either be for strength (red), agility (green), and intelligence (blue).
When equipped as a green variant for the agility-banking heroes, the attack damage is increased to 5/10. The other variants will just add up to strengths and intelligence.
The bonus stats brought by the building of Null Talisman are as follows:
+2/4 Strength
+5/10 Agility
+2/4 Intelligence
+2/4 Armor
+5/10 Attack Speed
Null Talisman
The only difference of Null Talisman from Bracers and Wraith Bands is the equipped additional mana it provides upon purchasing. More so, this item is more apt for manga-based heroes as it has an additional stat for mana loss reduction and mana regeneration. It is appropriate for lane management when using skillful heroes.

Updates Made by the Latest Patch
After the 25th minute mark, the stats these items support are doubled.
Bracers add 200 health upon hitting the said threshold. It is more suitable to be built for those squishy heroes that are still building their core items.
Wraith Bands put in 20 attack speed upon hitting the same threshold. This is critical for map reconnaissance and a quick farm escapade.
Last but not the least, the null talisman's mana cost reduction and extra mana supplied are doubled. This items is a suitable backup to spellcasters who are still not done building their desired items.
The updates made to the three starter items are a great way toseize more opportunities and stackable options to still get back and win a tilted game. It is then on the hands of the player, if the core items are built on the foundation by the buffed characteristics of these three.
