Color the Sky with Fireworks in "Flameplume Starflowers"
In the first event, Flameplume Starflowers, according to Ginx.tv, players will produce fireworks that they will shoot to the sky using a special item called the "Launch Tube."
Before receiving one, according to Gamepur, they must first hit the Adventure Rank of 28 and above, as well as they have accomplished the "Chapter 1 Act III: A New Star Approaches" and the "Interlude Chapter Act I: The Crane Returns on the Wind" Archon Quests.
Aside from Archon Quests, they will also need to complete the "Blazing Styars Ring in Fortune" Story Quest. To clear this, according to game8.co, they need to go first to the Yujing Terrace in Liyue to talk with Ningguang.
Afterward, they will meet up with Keqing at the Liyue Fireworks stall and go towards the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor, a few walks away from the Liyue Harbor. From there, they will talk with the Ferrylady.
Then, they will head towards the Third-Round Knockout, a tavern located in the Chihu Rock area in the harbor, where they will talk with Hu Tao, Xiangling, and Guoba. This will end the Story Quest and give them the Launch Tube item, which will be stored in their Inventory.
Once they get the said item, they will use it by placing it on the ground. This will prompt them to choose either "Smelt Firework" or "Get Ready to Launch." They will need to choose the first option in order to create the fireworks needed for the quest.
Afterward, a window appears, where there are three parameters that they will need to consider while smelting their pyrotechnics - the Color that it will emit, the Size of the explosion, and the Height of the launch.
Aside from these three, they will also need to consider the smelting techniques that they will need to use to improve the firework's Quality Rating. Each of these techniques will consume a certain amount of endurance. They will also need to monitor its firepower, which it can also influence the said Quality Rating.
They need to tweak the aforementioned parameters by moving their dials until they hit the "Ideal Zone," then, they will need to choose one smelting technique to reinforce said parameters.
After adjusting everything, they will click the "Single Smelt" button on the bottom of the window. Once pressed, an amount of endurance will be lost. If they deplete all of their endurance, they will not smelt fireworks anymore.
Then, they will need to notice that the parameters should fill their gauges towards the "Ideal Zone." If they hit the said zones, the fireworks that will be created afterward will have the "Perfect Quality" rating, but to clear said quest, they will need to reach the Quality Rating of 2,700 points or more.
There are six fireworks that they need to produce in order to clear the subquest. The first two are already unlocked, while the other four will be unlocked on January 27 and 31.
For "The Mountain Clouds Let Down Golden Rain," they will need at least 2 Nitpicker each for both its Color and Size, and a Tactile Sensitivity and a Nitpicker for its Height in order to hit the 2,700 mark in its Quality Rating.
For "The Silver Night is Full of Stars," they will not use any smelting techniques for its Color and Height, while they will use 2 Meticulousness and a Tactile Sensitivity for its Size.
Once they have made the fireworks, they will choose the "Get Ready to Launch" option to launch them in the open skies. Suppose they reach a certain Quality Rating after launching said fireworks. In that case, they will be rewarded with in-game items such as Mora and Primogems and Affluence Talismans and Mystic Enhancement Ores.
