Aside from the two new characters, Shenhe and Yun Jin, Genshin Impact's Version 2.4 Update also brought in new Quests, including ones that involve around the recently-added region in Teyvat, the underwater city of Enkanomiya.
Another set of Quests that was added in the online role-playing game is the Archon Quest "Interlude Chapter Act I - The Crane Returns on the Wild," which features Liyue, another region within Teyvat where Shenhe and Yun Jin came from.
In this Archon Quest, they need to investigate what is happening in the city, which is now under a human rule. From there, they must accomplish several tasks such as collecting items and clear puzzles in order to complete it.
But before taking the said Archon Quest, they need complete first the "Chapter 1 Act III - A New Star Approaches," as well as reaching the Adventure Rank 30 and above.
Completing the First Half
After completing the aforementioned pre-requisites, according to game8.co, they will start "Jade Chamber Rising," one of the subquests for the main Archon Quest, by going to the Liyue Harbor in Liyue, where they need to find the Yunjing Terrace.
Once they are in the area, they will notice a crowd that gathering around the Ningguang. They will need to approach them to listen what they are talking about.
Then, they will wait for the peddlers outside of the terrace to exit. This is where they need to follow them until they will catch them talking to Shenhe.
Afterwards, they will need to go towards the Bubu Pharmacy, which is just few walks away from the Yunjing Terrace. Once inside, they will talk Herbalist Gui in order to complete the first subquest, and start the second one, the "Seagaze Sunset" subquest.
In the said subquest, according to Neoseeker, they need to go towards the Feiyun Commerce Guild, which is at the main plaza of the Liyue Harbor. From there, they must look for, and talk to, Xingqui.
Once they got the information from him, they will warp to the Teleportation Waypoint at the top of Mt. Tianheng, a mountain west from Liyue.
From there, they will glide down towards a little pond on their left. This will trigger a cutscene where Shenhe is removing the art that was hiding the abode. They will notice that a Seelie will appear from the pond, which they need to follow.
The said Seelie will take them towards the Sea Gazer's Abode, a domain that is located at the hidden waterfall that was behind the clouds. After entering the domain, they will traverse towards the Sunset Vermillionite, where they need to activate the seal on the Ancient Array Core.
To do this, according to Pro Games Guide, they will need to activate up to three Geograna Lamps, which their locations will be marked in the mini-map.
In order to activate the said lamps, they must destroy the rocks that contains Geograna using Geo-based attacks or Normal attacks from a Claymore, then they will carry it towards the lamp.
The first lamp is at the right side from the core, while the second one is at the left side. The third lamp, which can be accessed after activating the second one, is on a floating island that is in between the locations of the two lamps.
After activating the third Geograna Lamp, a hidden Common chest will appear on top of a floating green rock, which they need to access by jumping and gliding up.
After activating all of the three lamps, they will destroy the first Ancient Array Core while defeating the enemies that will be spawning around them, including Geovishaps.
They will also do this on the second Ancient Array Core until they trigger a cutscene where they will find themselves dropping into the depths of the domain.
From there, they will follow the Seelie again, this time they will need to head towards a set of stone walls that they need to interact in order to move. If the said walls did not bulge, they just need to move towards the adjacent side, then they will push it again.
Once they moved all of the stone walls, a pathway will appear, where they need to traverse towards another Ancient Array Core, which they need to destroy while clearing waves of enemies.
Once they destroyed the said core, they will head inside a new area where they will follow the Seelie again towards the Sunset Vermillionite. This will end the second subquest under the "Interlude Chapter Act I - The Crane Returns on the Wild" Archon Quest.
