Nintendo Switch lineup has been gradually increasing over the past few weeks. In fact, just last week, rumors have been circulating that the publisher tinyBuild Games will be launching a new game on the Nintendo Switch. However, the game is yet to be officially confirmed by tinyBuild.
New Nintendo Switch Game: Rumors Got Caught Up In Translation
Previously, tinyBuild Games launched the action game "Mr. Shifty" on the Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Today reported. Recently, rumors sparked that the hardcore neon slasher "Phantom Trigger" featuring RPG and Rogue-like elements was also coming to the Nintendo Switch. Note that the game is developed by Bread Team.
Apparently, the rumors have been based on a mistranslated quote from a Russian podcast called "How Games Are Made." It has been revealed that the podcast only noted that tinyBuild Games was just exploring their options.
"Phantom Trigger" was a game that got a special mention as an example of a game that could easily be ported on the Nintendo Switch. Hence, the game publisher has not yet truly confirmed "Phantom Trigger" coming to the Nintendo Switch. However, it is expected that tinyBuild Games would be publishing more games on the first home and portable console, Nintendo Switch soon.
Upcoming Nintendo Switch Stock In U.S.
In other news, more and more stores in the UK are now frequently restocking their supplies of the Nintendo Switch on a weekly basis. As of this writing, Nintendo Switch fans can opt to pre-order from Amazon and GAME. The official Nintendo UK site is also said to have an ample supply of the latest console.
Nintendo Switch retailers in the U.S. however, are still unable to keep up with the demand of the console, Express UK reported. Since the console hit the shelves, it has been difficult to track one. The latest stock update reveals that Best Buy was restocked the console on Friday, April 28.
