“Mass Effect: Andromeda” is now available for everyone to play and many fans have already posted their achievements in the game, including the commander’s iconic gear N7 armor. This gear is not only a favorite because it can be equipped with the Ryder twin for easy transition from the trilogy to pathfinder but also its customizable feature to boost the player stat.
But aside from the advantages of using it, just the ability to wear the same suit that Commander Shepard used in the previous “Mass Effect: Andromeda” game installments is already enough reason to get it. So this guide is all about guiding players where to find it and what they need to acquire it in the game.
Where to Get N7 Armor
The good thing about “Mass Effect: Andromeda” is that most of its gears and weapons can be bought from a vendor according to Gamerant. This includes the N7 Armor which is sold by the vendor that players can meet when in the Tempest. This vendor is the scientist found in the R&D Department. Just talk to the scientist and choose the research option. From this point, Ryders must focus on the Milky Way option which will require them to give 250 Milky Way Research Data in exchange of the armor. This is composed of the chest piece for 100, helmet for 50, arms and legs for 50 each.
How to Upgrade N7 Armor
After collecting the complete armor set, Segment Next reports players should focus on upgrading it to give them a boost in the stat. The chest piece provides a 10% increase in the max shield, 15% Biotic recharge and 8% Biotic power damage after the upgrade. And if the player gets the complete upgrade for the armor, they will get a total of 31% boost in Max Shields, 15% in Biotic Recharge Speed and 29% increase in Biotic Power Damage.
