"Rising Storm 2: Vietnam" is a game set in the WWII era, which is developed by Tripwire Interactive. This game is the sequel of the historical shooter game titled Rising Storm, which is an expansion of the Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad. The new game features Vietnam as its setting and focus on the Pacific campaign of the second World War.
Looking at the some details of "Rising Storm 2: Vietnam", one can see in the trailer that there is no difference in the tactical combat between the first game and the sequel. On the contrary, the new game has added flying vehicles like the Black Hawk helicopters and the Cobra attack choppers as revealed by Gamerant.
In the gameplay, "Rising Storm 2: Vietnam" will feature the Americans in combat against the Viet Cong. The big, fast and loud Americans will be flying over the trees in their helicopters. On the other hand, the Viet Cong are hiding in their squad tunnels and will engage in a silent ambush of their enemies as presented by PCGamer.
The secret to winning in "Rising Storm 2: Vietnam" is not just being able to shoot the enemy but to indulge in managed teamwork. The game players will be using modern and automatic weapons in addition to the helicopters. Well, the guns are not going to be easy to handle. One unique feature in the combat is the portrayal of spotters and directions to hit the subjects. To get a kill score would require cautious and well planned shots.
Until this report, Tripwire has not yet fixed the release date in 2017 of "Rising Storm 2: Vietnam". However, for continuing update of the game, stay tuned to Gamenguide. Watch Trailer here.
