The "Call of Duty Infinite Warfare" developers recently launched the new PS4 Sabotage maps DLC as seen in a recently released trailer. The four maps was reportedly launched alongside general fixes for split-screen players, among others. Note that the "Call of Duty Infinite Warfare" sales was reportedly lower than the "Black Ops 3" and is rumored to be replaced by "Red Dead Redemption 2" this year as the best-selling game.
Renaissance, Noir, Neon And Dominion Maps Launched
First off, the Dominion map has reportedly been likened to the "Modern Warfare 2" Afghan Map which is expected to draw the most attention. The other three maps are said to be new creations in the "Call of Duty Infinite Warfare". Note that the Noir features a dark, grimy three-lane city map likened to a futuristic Brooklyn at night.
On the other hand, the Neon map reportedly added a unique and digitized battle arena to the "Call of Duty Infinite Warfare". Note that Neon is reportedly a virtual training center that is designed for urban warfare.
By contrast, the Renaissance map is reportedly set in Northern Italy where players compete on the narrow streets of Venice complete with the classic architecture and the famous canals of the iconic city. The DLC is also said to include several fixes to the game including an added ability for splitscreen players to alter Missions in the lobby prior to a match, Express UK reported.
Is "Red Dead Redemption 2" Going To Be The New Best-Selling Game This Year?
In other news, the sequel to the open world action video game is slated to outperform the "Call of Duty Infinite Warfare" which reportedly won as the best-selling game of 2016. Despite the award, "Call of Duty Infinite Warfare" reportedly garnered criticism for being outperformed by the previous installment, "Black Ops 3".
The "Call of Duty Infinite Warfare" developers' strategies for building the game have also been challenged by gamers noting that 2017 may be an Off-Year for the game, Forbes reported. Apparently, going back to the past may be counted as copying the "Battlefield" tactics from last year. On the other hand, "Red Dead Redemption" is said to be underestimated having opted out of the PC platform as well as HD remasters.
