"Gears of Wars 4" has been facing problems over the weekend. It has been said that since the release of the Onyx Gold Gear pack, server issues became a troublesome issue.
Onyx Gold pack has been released a few days ago. This was originally available only to players with a season pass as part of the developer playlist in the "Gears of Wars 4." A release was also scheduled for the list of the public playlist.
Some issues faced by players were being unable to join games, unprocessed rewards, and troublesome servers. But The Coalition is quick to address the issue. Ever since the launch of the game, the players have reported the servers down.
In response, the game developer has planned to extend the events that were supposed to run on the weekend. The developer even further explained that players will still be given the rewards they have earned during downtime, True Achievements reports.
The Coalition also planned to have a Double XP this weekend so as to try and make up for the time lost by players. The Double XP will be available from January 20 to 22. In fact, Game Spot, also added that "Microsoft will be extending the availability of the Onyx/Gold Swarm pack."
Hence, the developer wants to make sure that every controversy will be forgotten in "Gears of War 4." Some players were worried because their progress might not be saved but The Coalition assured them as well not that it is still in tacked.
