Atlus, the creator of the upcoming game "Persona 5" released new trailers that feature three more confidants. These confidants will be helpful in the game for they unlock the potential and strengths of the characters as well as provide useful information during battles such as escaping, negotiation skills, swapping, free time to improve areas of skills, and much more.
These confidants have backgrounds and each one is unique. As long as players have good relationships with them and correct choices throughout the conversations, these confidants will not only unlock the true power of the social links but also tactics and techniques during the battle that helps the main character improve further.
Hifumi Togo, the Shogi player
First, Hifumi Togo is referenced from the famous Shogi player named Hifumi Kato, a professional shogi player. As she is calm on the outside, she is a competitive one when it comes to her game field. Spending time with her develops swapping during battle, escaping during critical times, and more useful tactics in battle in "Persona 5."
Sadayo Kawakami, the homeroom teacher, and maid
Second, Sadayo Kawakami, the main character's homeroom teacher is one of the confidants in "Persona 5." She works as a teacher in the morning but secretly works as a maid in the evening. Every people needs a side job when one job does not pay well and she is a perfect mirror to the situations happening in reality. She offers the players a deal to keep her job as a secret in return for a more free time during her lectures.
Toranosuke Yoshida, the honest politician
In this world, reality smacks people who believe that all people in the government are true about their jobs. Actually, there are a few. One example from reality would be Toranosuke Yoshida, the honest politician that helps the character develop a silver tongue that grants the ability to negotiate between monsters for more gold or dropped items during a battle in "Persona 5."
