Today's world simply can't move without using the internet, therefore, a stable network connection is necessary. Unfortunately, those high-paying companies that promise a fast speed connection, result to otherwise. If this is a recurring, maybe it's time to rely on a new network buddy - the Google WiFi.
Introducing Google WiFi
Getting online has never been faster and more consistent. With Google WiFi, the latest type of connected system, lousy and inefficient routers can be replaced for a smoother, almost flawless home coverage. Working on with the same team who made OnHub possible, this device has consumed more than three years just for its development. Its goal is to resolve the number one pain-point which users always complain about: unstable internet connection.
How It Works?
Google has produced several expensive routers. however, Google WiFi is a little bit more affordable. According to TechRadar, it starts at around $129, pretty cheap compared to the previous OnHub routers. Nevertheless, its performance is impressive as it works on a mesh network which uses a number of routers to cover the entire home. Instead of working on a single point access, Google WiFi uses several connections as its wireless access point known as mesh system to resolve the issues involving dead spots.
Fresh, Sophisticated Design
Google Wifi's design is simple as it looks like just like a small cylinder. It looks more appealing compared to the Google Home which resembles an air freshener. This time, the design is minimalistic with LED lights as an indicator -- red to know if something's wrong and white if everything's fine. This can be dimmed according to the user's preference, via SlashGear.
The setup is simple and straightforward and it house three ports on each Google WiFi unit such as the ethernet, USB Type-C, and another ethernet port. Android users can simply scan the QR code found on its base to its device; iOS users need to connect manually. It's simple. It's easy to use. And it's more efficient compared to any other routers.
