Cartoon Network will soon bring back "Adventure Time: Islands" and it will depict about Finn and other humans' history. According to the latest update, the Mushroom War is the speculated reason for human annihilation in the series, and it's noteworthy to know the more about it. In contrast, another headline may disappoint the fans and it will be about the series' possible goodbye on 2018.
Accordingly, "Adventure Time: Islands" will be back to entertain its fans next year with an eight-episode miniseries. A report said "The four-night distinct of the animated series will follow the story of Finn the Human, BMO and Susan Strong."
Furthermore, the group will travel away from the Land of Ooo, and along the way, they will meet many others which will tell the history of humans. More importantly, what happened to the Mushroom War.
With regards to the war, it is believed to be the ender of all humans besides Finn and Susan in "Adventure Time: Islands". Notably, it is an apocalyptic event.
