'Ark: Survival Evolved' VR Mode
VG247 revealed that the VR mode of "Ark: Survival Evolved," called "Ark Park," will be developed by Peacock Studios by Snail Games. The upcoming "Ark: Survival Evolved" version will let players explore and discover over 100 creatures from the original game.
An "Ark Park" teaser video has been released, showing a tourist center with holographic dinosaurs and later on, real ones to observe and touch. The "Ark: Survival Evolved" VR mode trailer is highly reminiscent of scenes from the film, "Jurassic Park."
"Ark Park" players will begin the VR experience at the visitor center, where they will be educated about the different types of dinosaurs. Next, gamers can try several interactive attractions and eco-systems. They can move through Ark Park on foot, in a vehicle or even on a dinosaur's back.
Different creatures can be spotted and captured using a variety of weapons, items and puzzles. "Ark: Survival Evolved" players can transfer the creatures that they tame from "Ark Park" to the original version. More updates and details on "Ark: Survival Evolved" are expected soon.
