We already know the second season of Attack on Titan / Shingeki no Kyojin will be making its premiere sometime in April. Now, what we don't know is the content of the upcoming season. Of course, this only applies to those who haven't read the manga yet, but anyway here are the things you should expect from AOT S2.
New Season, New Characters, New Titans
Attack on Titan became a worldwide phenomenon in 2013 not just because of its post-apocalyptic plot or nicely done visuals, but as well as the intriguing characters the story provides. In the second season of Attack on Titan, new characters will be introduced along with a couple of returning titans whose identities will be exposed in the first arc of the season "The Clash of the Titan." Oh yeah, Season 2 will also feature the debut of two more titan shifters: the Monkey Titan and the Dancing Titan.

All-Star Crew Returning
Tetsuro Araki, the man behind the masterpiece that is Attack on Titan season 1, will be returning along with the crew at Wit Studio to produce the second season of anime adaptation of Hajime Isayama's post-apocalyptic series. Araki, now the chief director, also served as director for Death Note and last spring's anime hit Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress. Backing him up is Masashi Koizuka, the director of the series,
