DayZ has sold one million copies. Let me repeat that- a new game, based on a mod, that's currently only available in an alpha version (not even beta!), and is priced at $30 regardless, has sold ONE MILLION COPIES. Insane. So why wouldn't zombies throw a dance party to celebrate? I mean, it's only natural.
Viktor Kostik, who is coincidentally the lead animator of DayZ, was on a run to the airfield in the game when he noticed the zombies up to some weird shenanigans. Perhaps the zombies have heard the recent news and are excited about the prospect of all of those tasty brains, provided, of course, the people don't just get player killed. Viktor captured it on video and you can see it below.
As for DayZ, it's still only available in alpha via Steam Early Access and the Beta isn't planned to release until the very end of the year, so if you dive in beware that you're buying an incomplete product. Just one that a whole helluva lot of people enjoy and are playing nonstop.
Enjoy, zombies.
