Fans of the "NCIS" Season 14 might not be followed with a season 15 after the show completes. As per reports, the TV series had reached its end, because the next season was already canceled.
According to a report from Video Games Republic, the NCIS season 14 will not be followed with season 15, because Mark Harmon and Michael Weatherly will be leaving the show for good after Harmon completes this season. Sources stated that the departure of Weatherly affected the show's ratings.
Reports claimed that Weatherly's impending return has been officially he learned that Harmon will not be returning the upcoming season. It has already been reported that Harmon had to sign off the show, because of his health condition.
Harmon has been suffering from illness and he was apparently forced by his doctor to quit the TV series. He had been losing a lot of weight, because of his condition, which made fans worry about him. But, the cast and crew of the show are reportedly waiting for Weatherly's come back, as his character is very much needed by the show, especially now that Harmon will be bidding his goodbyes.
Apparently, Harmon's decision to leave the show for good, has affected Weatherly's return. Yet, the audience are still hoping to see him in the small screens and back to the show.
Aside from that, fans are apparently hoping to see Cote de Pablo and have him comeback to the show. Rumors also suggest that Benedict Cumberbatch will be joining this season to help save the ratings of the show. However, this is yet to be confirmed by the "Sherlock" actor and the producers.
