"Suicide Squad 2" has finally been confirmed on being in the works, but such is not the only film that will hit theaters in the future. David Ayer may have something in his sleeves, but hearing what the fans think could not potentially hurt the plot of the upcoming film.
Fans of the DC universe can potentially recall how "Suicide Squad" was a rather controversial film that many both loved and hated. Nonetheless, there will be a sequel to follow through the film comprised of the "Worst Heroes Ever," but some ideas are bound to possibly change before "Suicide Squad 2."
Recent interviews justified how David Ayer will be directing the confirmed "Gotham City Sirens" in the near future, as well as the upcoming "Suicide Squad 2" which is yet to have a story. Because of the outcome that the first movie gave out, various feedback from fans emerged-including the omission of Rick Flag as the man in charge.
Others suggest that the upcoming villains be changed in "Suicide Squad 2," considering how the last one may be slightly unpleasant to some. For those unaware, there is more than one batch of villains made for the said group, and recasting will be highly tolerable idea. Rumors suggest that the next possible plot for "Suicide Squad 2" could be identical to the 2014 animated flick "Batman: Assault on Arkham" which many have appraised.
A higher rate of death within the group is also said to be a good idea, since the predecessor only counted two deaths and only one was considered an emotional necessity. For those who may not have a deeper background with the universe, the group is originally called Task Force X, a compilation of highly dangerous villains who the government puts in front of precariously covert missions with potentially no hope of return. For "Suicide Squad 2," fans can only hope that the movie will further give the villains a more recognizable exposure than what was revealed earlier in the year.
No release date has been given to "Suicide Squad 2" just yet. Will the second movie fare better than the original? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
