"Bones" Season 12 is expected to hit the home viewers' screen with twists worthy of its final end as revealed by its showrunner Michael Peterson. Although no details have been shared, but one assurance is that Booth and Brennan are not done yet on their dangerous life adventures. To celebrate the end of the end of the series, the stars who have appeared in the show will return in their recurring roles.
In a report by TVLine, "Bones" Season 12 will end in differently from previous season's finale. This season will continue to be a season of courting danger as Dr. Temperance Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and FBI Agent Seely Booth moved on with their life. Picking up from Season 11, Booth will work out to bring his family back together after the kidnapping of his wife and partner, Brennan.
According to Gamenguide, "Bones" Season 12 will bring together both main cast and guests of the past seasons and episodes alike. In addition, David Barinas's wife, Jaime will guest in the show but her role has not been revealed yet. Additionally, veteran actors like Ed Asner and Betty White will recur on the show as well.
A deep look into "Bones" Season 12 will pick up at the point when Brennan disappeared after the kidnapping incident in the hands of Dr. Zack Addy (Eric Millegan). It can be recalled that Zack was locked up in the mental hospital for killing a lobbyist back in the third season. While he was there some of his colleagues in the Jeffersonian Institute visited him, including Dr. Brennan.
"Bones" Season 12 will open with the team of Brennan working on burned flesh in an attempt to uncover the identity of the victim.
