Nearly a year ago since the action role-playing video game "Fallout 4" was made available, the award-winning game has fans on the edge of their seat every time a rumor about its upgraded DLC pack surfaces. With Ryan Alosio's post on Instagram about "Fallout 5," fans haven't stopped buzzing around with speculations.
Ryan Alosio, the voice artist for Deacon in "Fallout 4," recently posted a picture on Instagram stating that the pre-production for "Fallout 5" is underway. The post was pulled down immediately after.
"I first joined Instagram a couple of weeks ago and it was my intention to connect with the active, strong and hands on gamer fanbase of 'Fallout 4' which has built quite a home community on Instagram. My intention was to interact on Instagram not only as myself, Ryan Alosio, the actor but as my main character from Fallout 4, Deacon, who happens to be a notorious liar, prankster and dissembler in the world of Fallout." Alosio clarified his post about "Fallout 5".
Despite Alosio's statement, enthusiasts of the award-winning game believe that the post was an indication that "Fallout 5" is in development. However, Bethesda has been entirely tip-lipped by far about the next instalment.
As rumors are starting to toil, "Fallout 5" is speculated to include more locations and may be set anywhere along the East Coast, and New York City as it stands at the top of many a fan's wishlist. Fallout 5 is also believed to come with a major technical overhaul, which can be aided by building the upcoming game on a new engine. Bethesda could come up with a new engine built specifically to power games of this scale, instead of the Creation Engine.
As of now, "Fallout 5" remains unofficial, so it's better to take the speculations with a grain of salt. Until then, stay tuned here at Game & Guide for updates.
