Since the E3 2016 announcement trailer, avid gamers of "God of War 4" has been dying to know how the story reached to the other realm of the Norse Mythology. Amazon has quickly pointed out that a December 2017 release for "God of War 4" will be happening, but news of this is still unclear.
When will 'God of War 4' be released?
The E3 2016 proved to be a big venue to unveil "God of War 4" to the franchise's fans and gamers as the story continues with Kratos and the characters son in the plains of Norse Mythology. Kratos seems to teach his son the art of survival and confronting different types of monsters along the way.
According to reports, Amazon stated that "God of War 4" will be released on Dec. 29, 2017 on the PlayStation 4 platform. But there is no official news whether the said date is Sony's distribution date or the actual day gamers will get to experience "God of War 4" in the PS4.
Furthermore, there are also no other official news to support the claims of Amazon if "God of War 4" will have a December release. For now, avid fans and gamers will just have to wait patiently for Sony to announce "God of War 4" officially.
Kratos' son replacing the iconic character in "God of War 4?"
Meanwhile, fans have been wondering how Kratos' son will impact the "God of War 4" storyline and whether he will replace Kratos as the main protagonist. In an interview with Sony "God of War 4" director Cory Balrog at LevelUp, Balrog admitted that Kratos' Son is an important addition to "God of War 4" franchise.
Balrog continued with the statement that fans should not be worried that the child will replace Kratos in "God of War 4" and future games of the franchise. Balrog also confirmed that Kratos will not die in "God of War 4" and his son will take over as the main protagonist in future development of the game's story.
