Grand Theft Auto News: Lindsay Lohan Threatens Lawsuit, GTA Online Content Creator Leaks [VIDEO]

Video Footage of GTA Online's Content Creator Surfaces, and Lindsay Lohan Rumored to Be Planning Lawsuit

Fans are eagerly awaiting the content creator tool for GTA Online so they can make their own deathmatches, races, maps, etc. The tool was originally supposed to arrive with the recent Beach Bum Update, but to no avail. However, it seems someone out there got a hold of it, and took to YouTube to show it off.

It's unknown how LiveUnknownHacks got his hands on it, but feel free to thank him for sharing it. He also happens to be the same person who posted the audio that pointed at some interesting DLC possibilities for GTA V. The brief but shaky footage shows a few menus and a top-down view of Los Santos for easy placement.

We can't say if this is the finished product or a work-in-progress of the tool, but it looks like there's some serious potential. It seems like a tutorial based on some of the messages, but that can't be confirmed either. The menu options are quick to appear and disappear. To save you the trouble of rewinding the clip, MP1st noted all the menu options that appear:

In related news, it's rumored that Lindsay Lohan is planning a lawsuit against Rockstar and Take-Two for allegedly using her image as the basis for one of the game's characters without her permission.

According to TMZ's "evidence," the logic behind the lawsuit consists of the following points:

- The video game cover shows a woman holding a cellphone who looks Lindsay-ish. There's been debate over whether it looks more like Kate Upton or Shelby Welinder.
- Part of the game features a mission where a Lindsay Lohan look-alike asks the player to take her home and escape the paparazzi.
- Another part of the game shows another Lindsay-like character at a hotel resembling the Chateau Marmont hotel in West Hollywood -- a place Lindsay not only frequents but once lived at -- and the mission is to photograph her having sex on camera.

As of yet, no offical paperwork has been filed, but we'll keep you posted if anything changes.
