The story of "Spider-Man Homecoming" is about Peter Parker tries to balance his life as an ordinary high school student with fighting crime as Spider-Man. We will be able to see Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark, that will serve as Peter Parker mentor. In the trailer we did see the antagonist of the film which is a guy with robotic or mechanical wings, which is the Vulture played by Michael Keaton.
In the comics, Adrian Toomes is the Vulture in the upcoming "Spider-Man Homecoming". In the comics he is a former electronics engineer. One day he manage to create a flight harness for the company he is working for but even before he managed to show it, he was fired.
Enrages, Adrian Toomes wrecked the company after discovering that he gain super strength with the Harness he created. He then decided to turn to crime and he was known as the Vulture, this story might even be shown in "Spider-Man Homecoming". The Harness is an electromagnetic wing harness that is able to fly with a natural flight limit of 95 miles an hour.
In "Spider-Man Homecoming", there is an anti-graviton generator attached to his flight suits that enables him to take to the air. The anti-graviton also gives the vulture superhuman strength vitality and athletic prowess. The Harness has a Wing Projectile capability as it's feathers are as sharp as swords and can be use as projectile weapons.
In the trailer, we can see the Vulture's harness is more robotic so we might see missiles or rocket launching from it instead of feathers. Let's wait and see for more trailers from "Spider-Man Homecoming" and let Marvel surprise us.
