"Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare" Remastered is giving its fans an early holiday treat. The final six maps of the game will be available for free on all platforms by next week. By then, gamers will have a total of 16 multiplayer maps to play and explore.
According to the publisher of the remastered "Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare", the six multiplayer maps will include, Bloc, Showdown, Countdown, Strike, Pipeline and Wet Works. Along with these maps, two game modes called Gun Game which was introduced in "Black Ops" and Hardpoint in "Black Ops 2", will be added as well. All of these new game features will be available starting December 13 on all platforms.
Players who haven't played the game in a while may have forgotten about "Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare" world and the scope of these maps, but there is no need to worry as Activision released a trailer a couple of days ago. The new map designs are featured in the said trailer that can be seen below.
The holiday treat is not over yet. Aside from the six new maps to be added in "Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare", a holiday-themed map will be added for free called Winter Crash. The developers allowed players to have access to this 24/7 Winter Crash playlist throughout the holidays starting December 20.
Players of the first-shooter game "Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare" remake will have more game content to enjoy as Christmas draws near. Starting December 21, just by logging on to the game, players can collect gifts.
Another interesting item to be added in the "Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare" remake is the Hailstorm-Prototype pistol. This gun is capable of a three-round burst shot. It has also two more perks, the Whirlwind and Focus. Whirlwind is a fast cycling auto burst and Focus gives the player the ability to minimize idle sway while aiming at targets.
