December 9, Friday - The former NBA star Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian are officially divorced. Finally, Khloe is free after more than three years she first sought to end their marriage.
A magistrate in Los Angeles settled their separation on Friday but the documents will be active and the two will officially be single on December 17. Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom started dating in 2009 and after a month, the got married on September 27, 2009. Their nuptial ceremony was taken for a special episode of the hit series "Keeping up with the Kardashians," then the two went off "Khloe and Lamar."
According to CNN, the two had a company called Khlomar, the company's name gotten after the couple. According to court documents, the firm will be dissolved now that the divorce is finally complete and neither Odom or Kardashian will receive any spousal support before December 17.
As for their possessions and other properties, Odom and Kardashian will be dividing their checks equally. Khloe will be preserving her interest in her own DASH boutique while Lamar will be keeping all his salary (401 thousand) in NBA. As per the report of ESPN, The two had already traded their conjugal house while their Calabasas home will uphold by Khloe where she resides at the moment.
The two never had a child after four years of marriage. Khloe first filed the divorce in December 2013 but she cancels the filing in October after the NBA star found unconscious last year at Nevada brothel. She refiled the divorce on May 26, citing Odom's medical condition and stating the irreconcilable differences they had.
After the divorce, she may have a wonderful Christmas together or even making a plan on getting married again with her current beau Tristan Thompson. Lamar last played in the season 2012-2013 for the team of Los Angeles Clippers. In 2014 Lamar signed a contract with New York Knicks but was cut off by the team before the game started.
