WWE Rumors: Bill Goldberg Scheduled to Appear on Final RAW Before Royal Rumble, John Cena No Longer Full Time?

WWE Legend Bill Goldberg is scheduled to appear on another WWE Live Event after his demolition of the Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar at Survivor Series, according to Andrew Ravens of Ewrestling News.

Goldberg, who announced his participation in next year's Royal Rumble in San Antonio Texas, was already confirmed to appear on RAW on January 2. On Thursday, sources close to situation also reported Goldberg will be making his appearance on January 23rd episode of RAW, the brand's final airing before Royal Rumble.

Goldberg is just one of the big names WWE fans are expecting to see in the Royal Rumble match. Brock Lesnar also announced his participation in the event, while names of huge wrestling personalities like Shawn Michaels, Kurt Angle and even the Undertaker are also rumored for that particular match.

-Meanwhile, Vince McMahon hyped up John Cena's hosting gig for this weekend's Saturday Night Live. Cena has been on hiatus due to other commitment outside the squared circle (taping of American Grit Season 2).

According to Jim Ross, Cena might no longer be working a full time schedule with WWE, as he's starting to get more offers from mainstream entertainment. Then again, just like the Rock, Cena will always be a company guy who could make appearance in some big events.

"It seems that John Cena is traveling much the same road that Dwayne Johnson has taken in his post WWE life which I applaud. Just like @TheRock, @JohnCena is and always will be a WWE guy who may never wrestle a full time schedule again, likely not IMO, but will always be loyal to the company that helped launch his amazing career.

"I know of no wrestler with reasonable sanity that is that would not trade the bumping and the road schedule, etc for the life of a TV or movie personality. Would you? I didn't think so."
