Nintendo Switch is the next big leap for Japan tech giant Nintendo albeit the potential source of either reinvigoration or another failure. Remember that predecessor Nintendo Wii U has to cut its lifespan by 8 months shorter after a flop - the biggest plummet so far in Nintendo history.
Of course, Nintendo Switch fans can argue that the company owns one of the most successful first-party character (Mario) in gaming history. They also reaped so much in previous endeavors that another flop might not truly affect them. However, even bankrolls with neigh unlimited Benjamins can also end up in heartbreak if disaster after disaster comes.
Nintendo Switch is a smart move for the company because Wii U simply can't sustain anymore. Gamers are either too confused or don't have much love for the console so Nintendo Switch is a potential scapegoat. So with a good array of first and second party titles plus early positive reviews, can Nintendo Switch really catapult the company into new heights? The answer is yes, if Nintendo will do everything right this time around, Nintendo Prime assessed.
What could save Nintendo Switch from disaster is competitive pricing and the quality of AAA games that will sustain it. Luckily, both criteria seem to be within Nintendo radar since earlier leaks said that price isn't going to be an issue. In terms of game titles, "Zelda: Breath of the Wild" itself is sufficient reason to grab Nintendo Switch. Don't rule out "Skyrim," "Mario" and other top caliber franchise as well, PC Advisor reported.
Swat away other problems that Nintendo Switch might encounter because there is a level playing field with rivals PlayStation and Xbox anyway. PC is fast becoming a threat to console and so are smart television manufacturers who incorporate few games in their units. I vouch that Nintendo Switch is hotter than both so expect a mayhem when this console arrives.
What about you? Is there any specific criterion that might convince you to purchase Nintendo Switch?
