Nintendo is developing more games for its upcoming Nintendo Switch including "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild", an untitled "Pokemon" game and what appears to be "Super Mario" in 3D. It has currently been announced that "Seasons of Heaven" about a boy and his dog will be released exclusively on the Nintendo Switch.
According to Digital Trends, it was unveiled by an independent French developer Any Arts Production that "Seasons of Heaven" will be included in the shortlist of announced games for Nintendo Switch.
The game is about Yann, a young boy who is suffering from Asperger syndrome. He has a French bulldog named Ani. They wander through a post-apocalyptic world and navigate various places. "Seasons of Heaven" is based on a French novel by Nico Augusto.
The world where they wander sounds like an intensely agonizing place where animals are becoming extinct and they are eaten by men. On one hand, the waste of men is destroying the land they live in. Just imagine trees dwindling and water not drinkable due to pollution.
According to a report in IGN, "Seasons of Heaven" will be using Unreal Engine 4. Despite the depressing world, the game offers light shining through the trees and a little bit of hope. The gameplay of "Seasons of Heaven" provides players with a mystery.
"Seasons of Heaven" shows a small group of survivors in a post-apocalyptic world where there are bulks of humanity died and they need to adjust to the new world. The developer revealed that the characters may be alternated with different sequences to each gameplay.
Meanwhile, the President and Chief Operating Officer of Nintendo of America Reggie Fills-Aime made his appearance at "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon" and presented the "Super Mario Run" and the Nintendo Switch. Some of the features and functions of the portable hybrid console are being studied by experts.
