The duo managed to fool Brulee's entourage and even inflict damage on Brulee using the boiling waters from her own cauldron. Carrot used her Electrical Luna attack and shocked the party while Chopper transformed into a beast finishing what remained. Meanwhile, both Pedro and Brook will be facing some crisis in the coming "One Piece" Chapter 850. The latest chapter revealed the great value Big Mom placed on her poneglyph by personally dealing with the disturbance inside her treasure room. The scene ended with a surprised Brook clearly not expecting to come face to face with Big Mom herself. If a fight between the two, Big Mom will most likely prevail. However, Big Mom will not kill Brook as she is more bent to add him to her collection of interesting creatures.

'One Piece' Chapter 850 Spoilers, Speculations - What Could Be Reiju Vinsmoke Up To?
Towards the end of "One Piece" Chapter 849 is a very surprising scene. On the manga's last page, a woman was shown to be wandering alone in what appears to be a vast empty corridor. The woman appears to be unsteady and is seen faltering in her steps. Later on, it was shown that her hands are bloodied as she leaned against the wall. In a close up look, in turns out that the woman is actually Reiju Vinsmoke. Given this surprising revelation, a significant part of "One Piece" Chapter 850 would be focusing on her.
But then, the surprising last page of the previous chapter opens up a lot of speculations regarding what could happen in "One Piece" Chapter 850 as far as Reiju is concerned. Earlier last chapter, Judge Vinsmoke was inquiring where Reiju is and was answered by one of her brothers that she went out. Obviously, what she is doing is not an order of her father.
Is she trying to reach Sanji? That seems unlikely because there seems to be no restrictions imposed on the Vinsmokes as far as visiting Sanji is concerned. What seems to be the more important question is whose blood is it on her hands. By the looks of it, she is not in a very good shape at the moment.
