Miranda Lambert has already opened up about her feelings and experience in life after getting divorced from Blake Shelton. The "Over You" singer might have included her thoughts about her divorce in her new album called "The Weight Of These Wings."
Fans of Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton have been shocked regarding their sudden divorce. Perhaps, this is the reason why many music followers are hoping to hear Lambert sing about their divorce or know what have happened to make their marriage fail.
In a chronicle released by Independent Journal Review, Lambert has finally opened up about the divorce she had from Shelton after shielding herself away from interviews in the past. But, she has recently spread her feelings out through her music.
"All the parts of me," Lambert stated on an Instagram post. "All the parts of the pain I went through... everything that happens to a person in their life is on this record."
Lambert even felt like she had already told her side of the story. However, she thinks the songs should be about the people who are listening to her songs and not about her. The "House That Built Me" singer stated that all she wanted to say is all on her new songs.
"People will think what they will and say what they will, but mostly hoping that they will read into this music and feel their own journey," the "Vice" singer claimed. "There is nothing else you want as a songwriter, but to write something down, and someone go, hey that's my story too."
Lambert has not directly stated that she was referring to her divorce from Shelton in her new songs. But, several people believes she would have written about how she felt in the past, especially during the times when she was heartbroken.
Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert's album landed in the top album chart with their latest records. "The Weight of These Wings" already sold 122,000 copies on its first week of release, while Shelton's album earned the 10th number one album on the Billboard's list of Top Country Albums back in June with the release of his "If I'm Honest," that actually sold a total of 153,000 copies during its debut week.
