“The Sims 4” players get new content with the release of “Vintage Glamour Stuff”. The paid add-on should be out by now, filled nostalgic 30s and 50s items led by lush clothing and tailored suits.
This means that fashion-centric “The Sims 4” gamers can look forward to new wardrobe though there are other things to look forward to. As mentioned in a previous post, items such as vanity tables and 16th Century Monte Vista Globe bars will be made available.
Other notable additions for “The Sims 4: Vintage Glamour Stuff” include single-tile chandeliers, monochromatic pop art, metallic wallpapers gold-trimmed windows, dressers, and sofas, Sims Community Info reported. Apparently, the paid pack is shaping up to be a good add-on which gamers can get for $9.99.
Aside from the items, there is a new service on “The Sims 4: Vintage Glamour Stuff” where gamers can hire a butler to do several chores for them. There are also a couple of new interactions involving makeup.
Adults and kids on “The Sims 4” can choose to tinker around with makeup, something that could pass or fail. When done, these can be easily washed off by Sims via showering or jumping into swimming pools (if available).
With more content for “The Sims 4”, gamers are expected to be busy this Yuletide season. Following the release of “City Living” last month, there is also the “Holiday Celebration Pack”. The said DLC actually speaks for itself, filled with goodies and items fit for the Christmas season which were covered in a previous post as well.
That includes stuff like fireplaces, a holiday table, and a centerpiece which should help set the Yuletide mood for the Holidays. Aside from that, there are fixes expected to roll out, mostly addressing graphical display issues.
With so much content and fixes, it will be interesting if EA has finally settled down on the shortcoming of “The Sims 4”. Adding content seems to be the way to go for now, hopefully enough to spur a potential “The Sims 5” coming.
