"Pokemon Go" players may be looking at another massive gold mine in a few hours, especially as the augmented reality game has the promise of new content underway. Now, it seems as if the inevitable has come, and it could be a good or a bad thing alike.
It is undeniable that "Pokemon Go" is bound to release Generation 2 sooner or later after the multiple demands of players for updates and additions. A recent leak may be the answer that many are looking for, in the form of the world-famous coffee shop, Starbucks. In the past, it was a mere rumor that the company behind it will participate in making their establishments a certified PokeStop, but the word is out that there certainly will be a commotion to take note of.
According to Reddit posts that surfaced, Starbucks could present itself to be one of the biggest sponsors of "Pokemon Go" and their first move could take place in a few hours from the time of this writing. Leaked images show how the coffee shop aims to reward players who will drop by the nearest establishment an in-game Frappuccino-and it does not stop there. The coffee shop will actually release a similar, real beverage to its customers who play "Pokemon Go."
One of the more questioned factors is the addition of Generation 2 in "Pokemon Go." It is speculated upon that the particular batch of creatures will then surface on the same day. Trainers are also rumored to be eligible to an unreleased Pokemon, though this is still to be fully confirmed.
There are some who believe that this may be both a good and a bad move for "Pokemon Go," as on a positive note, fans will get what they have always wanted. However, not everyone may have access to it, as some reports justify, especially the rural territories. Nevertheless, Niantic could still do something a little more beneficial along the way that could present an advantage even to those in the said areas.
