Apple AirPods Arriving 'In The Next Few Weeks'
MacRumors wrote that the Apple AirPods were originally scheduled to launch in October 2016. However, early reviews of the Apple AirPods showed that it still had a lot of bugs and issues regarding its controls and overall performance.
Apple announced that it needed more time to fine-tune and address the existing problems. There are rumors that the Apple AirPods will begin production in December 2016, and hopefully become available in January 2017.
However, fans want to have a specific launch date, or else they will resort to other wireless earphones to pair with their iPhone 7. According to Apple CEO Tim Cook, they intend to start shipping the Apple AirPods in the next few weeks. Customers, however, want to have a release date.
Some complained that Apple gave them false hope about the future of wireless technology, and are now stuck with their Apple EarPods and an iPhone 7 that they cannot charge at the same time. Users commented that Apple should let them know whether the Apple AirPods are releasing soon, so they can use other wireless products in the meantime.
Apple AirPods Coming Early in 2017 or Later
Tim Cook allegedly responded to one message by apologizing for the delay. He continued that they are finalizing the Apple AirPods, although he only stated that the product will ship in the following weeks. At present, the device is listed on some online shopping sites as either coming soon or currently unavailable.
Many speculate that these will be out between December 2016 and January 2017. Other think that the Apple AirPords may take longer and launch in spring 2017, together with the introduction of the new iPad.
