New reports suggest that Angelina Jolie's ex-husband, Brad Pitt allegedly invited Jennifer Aniston to dinner. Is he interested in rekindling romance with Justin Theroux's wife?
In a report from International Business Times UK, Brad Pitt apparently invited Justin Theroux's wife, Jennifer Aniston for a dinner. Pitt and Aniston were reportedly both in London recently. However, Aniston declined Pitt's invitation, as she thinks it would only be an insulto her husband.
"[Brad Pitt] He called her and they had a brief conversation. But Jen [Jennifer Aniston], who is married to actor Justin Theroux told Brad that, while she supported him in spirit, she did not have time to see him," an insider stated.
Pitt reportedly called Aniston and the ex-couple had a short conversation. The "Friends" actress apparently told the "World War Z" actor that she supports Pitt spiritually, but she cannnot see him.
"She is happily married and meeting Brad would be an insult to Justin. She knows what matters and it is her marriage," the observer continued.
Pitt and Aniston was married for five years after divorcing back in 2005. Pitt then met Angelina Jolie, with whom he got remarried and have six kids. Jolie filed for divorce from the "Troy" actor back in September 19. Aniston was even dragged by Jolie to the divorce battle, when she was reportedly asked by the "Tomb Raider" actress to testify about Pitt's anger management issues.
The report further suggested that Pitt apologized to Aniston via email after he learned that Aniston was being dragged to the divorce battle. Pitt and Jolie's divorce decision was reportedly provoked by Pitt's argument with his eldest child with Jolie, Maddox.
Until now, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are still fighting for the custody of their six kids. Meanwhile, Jennifer Aniston is yet to comment on the dinner invitation that Pitt reportedly made.
