End Gadget announces that a new “Marvel vs Capcom” game has been announced. Its name is “Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite” and the first trailer of it has been released on the internet. This will give fans the opportunity to once again pit fighters of two iconic universes versus one another. Ryu and Megaman are a small part of what awaits fans on the side of Capcom. From Marvel, there have been shown Iron Man and Captain Marvel. Fans will surely be happy to know that their favorite fighting game is coming back on current generation consoles. What else is there to expect of it?
According to Kotaku, the game will not be in the hands of fans as soon as expected. The game will be released for sale in late 2017 and until then, all fans will have to entertain themselves will be snippets and trailers released by the publisher. Five years have passed since the release of “Marvel vs Capcom 3” and it is promised that the wait will be worth. The game will offer modernized graphics, arcade mode and a cinematic story telling experience which will be better than anything presented in the series before. The characters of both universes will be tied in combat as they fight for supremacy. Another interesting announcement is that there will be a new villain introduced in the series.
Polygon share information on the story in the new “Marvel vs Capcom”. The story will revolve around the infinity stones, where they will be useable during battle. This will not make gameplay any more chaotic than previous games in the series, since the 2V2 tag team system has been implemented in the game and the presence of support characters has been completely removed. This way the players will have visually stunning and yet comprehensive
on-screen experience.
