WWE Latest News & Update: 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin Talks Roman Reigns; What the Triple Crown Champion Thinks Will Work for the United States Champion

"Stone Cold" Steve Austin has finally aired his thoughts on the issue of Roman Reigns still being unable to get fans to warm up to his presence. It turns out that the WWE Hall of Famer agrees with what the crowd and critics want.

Roman Reigns is undeniably one of the most competitive fighters in the WWE. However, most wrestling fans are still doubtful of the WWE's decision to put him up as the new "face of the company." Stone Cold thinks the answer is to give Reigns a bad boy personality. How will this work?

In the latest episode of The Steve Austin Show, the WWE legend discussed how a big bad attitude will help Roman Reigns get into the hearts of the people. According to Comic Book, Stone Cold said, "I predicted this all along. The kid [Reigns] has got to have a heel run before he's going to be universally loved because that's just the way I see it... but that's not my call. That's the booking committee's call or Vince [McMahon's] call."

Stone Cold went on to explain: "That's what's going to make it fun because everybody is going to be so onboard with booing him! I'm telling you, once he goes through that process... they're going to end up loving the guy." No one's knows this game better than Steve Austin. He was one of the biggest villains during the "Attitude Era" before the crowd pushed for him to become a multiple-time champion.

Roman Reigns is currently the top "baby-face" in the WWE but fans don't like it. It seems they would rather appreciate a tough, villainous, and rebellious champion than someone who could not pull of a Stone Cold Steve Austin or "Rock" stint.

It remains to be seen how the WWE will react to Steve Austin's remarks or if the administrative body will heed to the legendary wrestling king's call. For now, fans can only wait and see how Roman Reigns' baby-face act will handle the pressure from the WWE Universe.

Meanwhile, fans are getting pumped up for the final PPV of the year in the WWE ring. According to Heavy, "WWE Roadblock: End of the Line" will be held December 18, 2016 at the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Roman Reigns will square off against Kevin Owens during the night's main event for the WWE Universal Championship. Will the United States Champion finally "turn a heel?"
