The hype is on! After several confirmations about the comeback of "Prison Break" Season 5, a lot of fans are now asking for more. It may seem impossible but who cares? All we want is to see Michael Scofield back from the grave and we will see him again this 2017!
Confirmed Castings
Rumors were finally answered as most of the cast of "Prison Break" Season 5 confirmed their appearance on the upcoming TV series. Some of those are Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller), Lincoln Burrows (Dominic Purcell), Sara Tancredi(Sarah Wayne Callies), Fernando Sucre (Amaury Nolasco), Robert Knepper (Theodore Bagwell or T-Bag), and Kellerman (Paul Adelstein). However, one character did not make it to the comeback as the director doesn't know where to put the troubled actor's character anymore and that is no other than Alexander Mahone (William Fichtner).
New Faces for "Prison Break's" Comeback
Although some characters failed to remain, there are new faces to watch out for. Scott Ness (Mark Feuerstein) will be part of the reboot series as Dr. Tancredi's husband. Sad news for Scofield-Tancredi tandem. However, it seems like our beloved Scofield is going to find the love of his life in "Prison Break" Season 5.
Sparking the 2000's nostalgia is the bad boy Ja (Rick Yune) as a genius theft in "Prison Break" Season 5. Will he be of help to Scofield or will he be otherwise? Finally, another set of confirmed actors joining the wagon are Cyclops (Augustus Prew), Sid (Kunal Sharma) and 'A&W' (Marina Benedict).
"Prison Break's Return: What is the Plot About?
For avid fans, the hint about "Prison Break's" return is nothing new as Fox Television Group chairman, Gary Newman, already stated about the comeback of the hit TV series.
In the interview, Newman stated how the story would go and explain why the brothers, despite depressive, tragic death, are still alive. The most surprising of all is that it's T-Bag, of all the other people, is the one who reported to Burrow's that Scofield "may still be alive."
