'Death Stranding' Latest News and Updates: Death Stranding is Out With a New Trailer

Hideo Kojima, a Japanese video game designer, just released a new trailer for "Death Stranding"-featuring an almost exact digital replica of Guillermo del Toro. The trailer was presented at The Game Awards 2016, which gives its audience the first look at its gameplay since its E3 2016 premier.

A well- renowned film director Guillermo del Toro, who worked with Hideo Kojima on "Silent Hills", now gives its audience a glimpse of what to expect at the game. In a dilapidated and crumbling dystopian city, Guillermo del Toro is walking into a dark and creepy cavern, over which a tank rolls while a liquid- like black ooze starts seeping below. He's seen clutching a rather strange device in his hand. Inside the device is a baby, which closely resembles the infant seen in one of the earlier teasers for "Death Stranding", Crunchyroll reported.

You'll also see Mads Mikkelsen, on the "Death Stranding" trailer released at The Game Awards 2016. There had been several speculations that Mikkelsen will be a part of the Death Stranding. Mads Mikkelsen will also be joined by Norman Reedus in the cast, although the trailer's credit failed to mention Del Toro's involvement.

"Death Stranding" is an upcoming video game under Sony Interactive Entertainment System for the PlayStation 4. The game is developed by Kojima Productions and is expected to be released before the release of Akira. Mads Mikkelson, Guillermo del Toro, and "The Walking Dead" Norman Reedus will all be part of the game.

Several gamers are thrilled with the release of "Death Stranding" and are patiently waiting for its release. According to Kotaku, Kojima Productions is using the same engine that they use in Horizon Zero Dawn to create "Death Stranding". According to Mark Cerny, it only took him and Hideo Kojima a few weeks to find the perfect tools to create "Death Stranding" before they settled on anything offered at Guerilla Games.
