"The Big Bang Theory" Season 11 Air Date, News & Update: Cuoco, Galecki, Parsons Pricey Contracts Deadlock, Sheldon Cooper Prequel Spinoff Underway

"The Big Bang Theory" Season 11 is at risk as pricey contracts for the renewal of the main casts Kaley Cuoco, Johnny Galecki and Jim Parsons are still hanging in the balance. Meanwhile, a prequel spinoff for the Sheldon Cooper is currently under negotiation work. No one in CBS, Warner Bros. and the show runner can confirm the future of the mega hit TV series.

According to Gamenguide "The Big Bang Theory" Season 11 has been bracing for its uproarious comeback resulting from its sustained high viewership and reviews. While, the series has only one episode left to be shown on December 15, top level contracts' talks have started between the networks and producers. However, there are hitches that are seen particularly on the expensive salaries of the casts who are listed in Forbes as Hollywood's top earners.

In an earlier report by TVseriesfinale, "The Big Bang Theory" Season 11 has been cooked with 24 episodes to have its premiere in September 2017 and to end in April 2018. Chuck Lorre himself announced early this year that there is definitely a season 11 to bring back the characters of Leonard (Johnny Galecki), Penny (Kaley Cuoco) and Sheldon Cooper (Jim Parsons).

However on the sideline, there is an on-going talks for the prequel spinoff of the series to focus on the life of the young version of Sheldon growing up in the background of Texas. This means that the CBS network and Warner Bros, which will bring "The Big Bang Theory" Season 11 will have two shows at hand to handle. In a report by TVLine, the storyline of the spinoff is being developed and soon the script will be completed.

"The Big Bang Theory" Season 11 Sheldon spinoff will have Jim Parsons as the executive producer but he will not appear as Sheldon. Chuck Loree will still serve as co-creator of the series with Bill Prady while Steve Molar will be the show runner.
