It's Official! Gearbox's first-person game shooter "Bulletstorm" is coming back on April 7, 2017, with a lot of design and game improvements.
Randy Pitchford, Gearbox Founder, and President officially announced just this Thursday in the 2016 Game Awards that it is going to re-release "Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition" in partnership with gaming company People Can Fly.
The upcoming "Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition" is an all-improved version of the original "Bulletstorm" released last 2011. The game will include new content and major enhancements such as increased polygon units, sterling audios, smoother frames, and, 4K resolution on PC and PS4 Pro. With this, gamers can enjoy the campaign in the new mode and play six new echo maps.
As part of the publishing deal, it's great to hear that Gearbox is bringing back the iconic character Duke Nukem for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. And for those gamers who will pre-order the game, they can play the entire game as Duke Nukem himself.
Head of Gearbox's Publishing Steve Gibson said in a press release, "'Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition' takes a critically-acclaimed game and adds so much to it with some killer new content, including all the separate add-on packs, and kicking up the presentation to a level that wasn't possible with technology before."
According to Engadget, The Duke tie-in is not completely random as the "Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition" comes from the publishing arm of Duke Nukem and Borderlands studio Gearbox, in partnership with People Can Fly which is the original developer of 2011's "Bulletstorm". In addition to this, someone named "Nukem" certainly fits in a world where gamers murder its rivals using moves called "Man-Toast", "Double Penetration", "Ding Dong", "Assplosion", and "Dino-Sore."
Meanwhile, the "Bulletstorm" game may be purchased on Stream, PSN, and Xbox Live at a discounted price.
