GOG's monstrous winter sale has kicked off and they are hyping up the tradition with free "Neverwinter Nights" game. The sale of the Diamond Edition version was announced on December 1 and will run through December 11 at 11:59 PM ET. Interestingly, GOG's XP mechanic will also work this year.
Earn XP whenever you check in on GOG, buy merchandise or other purposes on the website. This year, earned XP can be used to buy Shadow Warrior Classic Redux, Shadowrun Dragonfall, and STASIS. If you recently missed the Steam Autumn Sale, this is your chance to get "Neverwinter Nights" not only on discount, but for free.
Fans who wish to get "Neverwinter Nights" for free should be quick to pick up the game as the promo ends December 3 at 6 AM. Interestingly, there are few handpicked mods for the the "Neverwinter Nights" game from GOG folks. You may also want to check those for a more enhanced NWN game.
If for some reasons, you won't be able to get the title this time, the annual Steam Holiday Sale is around the corner. It might be another good chance to see whether "Neverwinter Nights" will also go on sale during the promo period.
