With Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) appearing on the scene, things have underwent a lot of change in “The Walking Dead”. Some good men were lost in the fight and the sanctuary which Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and his gang fought so hard to establish, has been taken over by Negan’s cronies. What else is there to come?
Those of you who wondered about Tara (Alanna Masterson) and Heath (Corey Hawkins) have finally got the answer to all their questions. Both of them were sent on a supply run to replenish Alexandria’s supplies. The Verge reports that during the supply run, truck full sand falls on them and pushes Tara into the river. She ends up washed ashore in an unknown place. There she is found by a girl who tries to kill her and her guardian who decides that Tara should live.
Upon entering their village, Tara notices that there are no men or boys in the settlement.
Later on in the episode it is revealed that Negan’s gang took over their previous settlement and murdered the men and boys over 10 years old in an attempt to suppress further insurgence.
The survivors fled to the forest and have been living there ever since.
Tara tries to strike a trade deal with them and Alexandria, but is told that Negan’s forces are much larger than previously thought and Rick has started a war he cannot handle.
Express UK shares that there is a chance that everyone’s favorite Daryl (Norman Reedus), will fight alongside the Saviors in the upcoming war. This is not a choice of his will, since he is a prisoner forced to act against his desires, but what sparks the war?
It is the gathering of forces in Alexandria which are preparing for a direct confrontation against Negan and his Saviors. Jesus (Tom Payne) will also join the fight, trying to remove Negan’s control over the territory.
There are some good news for the fans of Rick. Their favorite character may be broken, but not lost. Comic Book shares a theory that Rick has more guns in hiding, than the ones counted in the armory. Viewers should be prepared for surprises happening in the war to come and most of them revolving around the weapon stashes which he has kept secret even from his lieutenants.
“The Walking Dead” Season 7 Episode 7 will air on 4 December on AMC.
