With the "American Horror Story" Season 6 having been recently concluded, fans are now focusing their time and efforts into predicting the theme and events of "American Horror Story" Season 7. With all the information currently available, could the fans hit the right mark?
According to a report, the "American Horror Story" Season 7 might still have attachments to the Season 6 theme, titled Roanoke. In a recent post, however, the "American Horror Story" Twitter page had teased the fans with a short clip.
The "American Horror Story" Season 7 teaser clip lasted for only seven seconds, with the words Sweet Dreams being superimposed over a video of oceanic waves. The sound of waves crashing was followed by a screech of a woman. The calming scene of the waves abruptly turns to a dark forest infested with voodoo dolls.
Due to this, many fans believe that "American Horror Story" Season 7 will explore the sea. Some have suggested that the upcoming season may even involve sea monsters, especially the fictional Cthulhu. This could only be assumed from the tweet, with the superimposed word "Sweet Dreams" and the caption "The monsters are all gone."
The "American Horror Story" Season 7 theory is supported by a Reddit post, stating that Cthulhu dreams, sleeps, and uses his powers in the ocean. The monster could then communicate to humans while it sleeps.
Another "American Horror Story" Season 7 theory reveals that fans may soon be taken aboard a haunted cruise ship. One of the most glaring clues came from "American Horror Story" Season 6, when the Grudge/Chen ghost attacked the Spirit Chasers Team. The scene focused for a while on a model ship that came out from the shelf, indicating some form of significance in a future event.
Another theory suggests that several characters from "American Horror Story" Freak Show might recur in Season 7. Freak Show was set in the 1950s to 1960s, the years when aliens and conspiracy theories were a huge hit. "American Horror Story" Season 7 is expected to return on FX in Spring 2017.
